What are alcohol intolerance symptoms?
Nowadays a lot of people drink alcohol. It has been in trends especially young people are more involved in alcohols due to curiosity. But not everyone’s body tolerates alcohol.

Alcohol intolerance is just like any other intolerance like lactose intolerance, except for alcohol is not a healthy thing to take in in the first place.

Nausea and vomiting
This is more of a common alcohol intolerance symptoms. This is almost certain to happen if you overindulge.
Taking in a lot of alcohol which surpasses the normal level a body can stand, will lead to nauseated feelings and vomiting.
Vomiting is a direct indication that your body isn’t taking alcohol normally and you are intolerant to alcohol. Sometimes vomiting can even lead to choking, so, it shouldn’t be taken lightly.
People also suffer from diarrhea due to the effect of the alcohol. You know that the stomach doesn’t take alcohol very readily and sometimes may react violently and cause diarrhea.
The high amount of alcohol in the stomach makes it impossible for the enzymes in the stomach to digest the food which leads to uncontrolled excretion.
